Abstract

  Abstract:

Design alienation and its interactive outcome in interior spaces is an extension of the rhetorical intellectual concept of the meaning of alienation, which is linked to the minds and feelings of designers. It also represents a means of communication and information transfer between the designer and the user of the interior space, noting that the rhetorical thought in the minds of expatriates has emerged through many design alienations and the artistic and scientific achievements they have shown, thus expressing the active role of design alienation and its interactive expressive effect in interior spaces, which in turn form new features in the design content. This depends on seeing the design effect through the semantic presence of design alienation with its interactive outcome in interior spaces. This may be based on the development of the intellectual horizon of the concept of abstraction to express the values of abstraction and the cultural content reflected in the design.By examining the researchers' many designs of international restaurants with an alienated design, it became clear that there is a clear role that contributes to activating design alienation and its abstract features in interior space techniques. In light of this, the research problem is revealed by the following question: What are the characteristics of design alienation? And what are its abstract features in interior space techniques? The objective of this research study is to uncover the characteristics of design alienation and the abstract features it displays in the interior space techniques of global restaurants. Its spatial and temporal boundaries include the interior spaces represented by "exotic restaurants" in West Asia and Europe for the period from 2014 to 2024. In addition, the study defines the scientific terms for the research. The study also includes the theoretical framework and research procedures, represented by the research methodology based on the descriptive analytical approach (case study). Finally, the study extracts the most important results, conclusions, recommendations, and future proposals.
