Research Summary:
The optical commercial advertisement is represented by a set of visual structural patterns that the designer intends to arouse the recipient’s motivation and stimulate him, as they affect him behaviorally and work to change his attitudes towards the advertised material, as this advertisement can achieve aesthetic goals that are reflected in the stock of knowledge that the recipient enjoys, which leads to its arousal. In order to achieve compatibility between the advertising purpose of advertisements and their functional and aesthetic construction, the researcher therefore defined his research problem by raising the following question: What are the structural patterns of optical commercial advertisement designs?
Since the current research aims to (reveal the structural patterns of optical commercial advertising designs), the researcher therefore adopted the descriptive analytical method, as it is the most appropriate method to achieve the research goal.
The research population consists of optical commercial advertisements spread in various parts of the world that were designed in the year (2023/2024). The researcher was able to obtain (87) optical advertisements through the information network (Net), so he considered them a population for his research. A random sample was selected from the research population amounting to ( 3) Models. The researcher used a set of statistical methods and the most important results were extracted:
- The constructivism of designs revealed multiple patterns that adopted shape, color, texture, and light, which brought about a shift in the expressive connotations that appeared in the form of shapes.
The most important conclusions are:
- The designer practiced his activity within the general cultural and social framework of society, as he focused on achieving aesthetic pleasure and public taste through his design experiments, which appear in his products using various media, including light.
