Abstract
This research addresses the topic of design integration in the works of the Spanish potter Enrique Mestre, seeking to uncover the nature of design integration that characterized his artistic production. The first chapter addressed the research problem, which revolved around the question: What is the nature of design integration in the works of the potter Enrique Mestre? It also included the research objective, significance, and limitations, as well as linguistic and technical definitions of the basic concepts.
The second chapter formed the theoretical framework of the research and contained two main sections: the first addressed the concept of integration from multiple perspectives, and the second reviewed contemporary Spanish ceramics as the context to which Enrique Mestre's production belongs. The chapter concluded by extracting the theoretical indicators relevant to the research.
The third chapter presented the research community, methodology, and analytical tool, in addition to analyzing a selected sample of the potter's works. The fourth chapter presented the results and conclusions reached by the research, along with recommendations and proposals that could contribute to the development of future studies in this field.
