The research includes four chapters: The first chapter included the methodological framework for the research, which the researcher identified with the following question: (What is the performance feature that distinguished the actor Aziz Khayoun (in terms of the aesthetic given)?) Followed by the importance of the research and the need for it, and it includes topics related to the aesthetics of the actor’s performance in the Iraqi theatrical show. As for the need for it, it benefits students of faculties and institutes of fine arts and those interested in the field of theatrical performance. As for the goal of the research (recognizing the aesthetics of acting performance in Iraqi theater performances (Aziz Khion as a model)), as for the temporal limits of the research (1969-2018), as for the spatial limits, Iraq Objectivity is the study of the aesthetics of the acting performance in the performances of the Iraqi theater (Aziz Khayoun as a model), followed by defining the terms.
As for the second chapter, the theoretical framework, the first topic includes the concept of aesthetics of performance, and the second chapter includes the aesthetics of the actor’s performance in world stage performances, followed by indicators of the theoretical framework and previous studies. The third chapter includes the research community and the research sample chosen randomly by the researcher. The fourth chapter included the results of the research, including:
- The performance of the actor in the theatrical show relied on the internal references for the show, including the vision of the author and the director in presenting the character and the theme.
- The actor Aziz Khayoun took into account the values, customs and traditions in society to generate awareness between him and the recipient of the display decoding system.
Followed by conclusions, recommendations and proposals, and then a list of sources and references.
