ABSTRUCT:
The current research is concerned with studying (the transformations of the totem form in contemporary American ceramics), which is divided into four chapters. The first chapter includes a presentation of the research problem, defined by the following question: (What are the transformations of the totem form in contemporary American ceramics?). The study's objective is to (identify the transformations of the totem form in contemporary American ceramics). The research is defined by studying the transformations of the totem form in ceramic works completed in America within the specified time period (2016-2020 AD). The chapter also includes defining the most important terms included in the research. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework of the research, which includes two sections: The first section deals with the study of totems in ancient civilizations, while the second section focuses on studying contemporary American ceramics, technology and style. The second chapter concludes with the indicators produced by the theoretical framework. The third chapter includes the research procedures, which include defining the research community, the nature of the methodology, its sample, and the research tool, and then analyzing the research sample models. The fourth chapter addresses the results and conclusions reached by the research. The most important results include:
