The morphological characteristics of plant leaves constitute a profound visual reference for ornamental design systems that aim to harmonize aesthetics and functionality, owing to their intrinsic features of symmetry, branching, and intricate geometric structures¹, This study investigates the influence of leaf morphological analysis on the development of environmentally oriented ornamental design solutions, fostering sustainability and aesthetic enhancement within urban and architectural contexts², Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the research examines selected natural leaf specimens and correlates them with international design applications inspired by nature such as canopies, terraces, and shading devices to demonstrate the potential of translating leaf forms into environmentally conscious ornamental solutions of high functional and aesthetic merit³, The study concludes with recommendations advocating for the integration of natural principles into environmental ornamental design strategies as a pathway toward innovation and sustainability⁴.
