The Importance of the trial tone lies in the theatrical text, with its aesthetic dimensions. Grate?  The aim of the research was to Identify the aesthetics of the structure of the trial in the theatrical text, Iraq. The research also Included temporal boundaries from: (1995-2021) and spatial (Iraq), then to identify the term trial linguistically and idiomatically. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach as the closest to the nature of the research. The research sample was represented in the play (The Trial of Hamid bin Muslim) by the author (Ali Hussein Al-Khabbaz) because it represents the research community faithfully in carrying the structure of the trial, and from the results of the research: The author derived his theatrical events from history – Waqa Al-Taf Al-Alam – exposing a political system belonging to a certain era
