Abstract

The current research dealt with (poetics in the works of the potter Ahmed Al-Husseini). Poetry is the theory of modern literature that deals with the study of literary and artistic genres. It also studies the branches of these terms from simulation, imagination, and the relationship of literature to reality. The research contained four chapters, the first chapter of which included the methodological framework for the research that It represents the research problem, its importance and the need for it.

        The research aimed to identify the poetics in the works of the potter Ahmed Al-Husseini through the mechanism of its preoccupations, its concepts, and its data in his contemporary Egyptian ceramic works. given in the title.

      As for the second chapter, it included the theoretical framework and previous studies, and it included two sections. The first topic dealt with: poetic genealogy. As for the second topic, it dealt with the visual discourse in contemporary Egyptian ceramics. The second chapter ended with a set of indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework and previous studies.

As for the third chapter, it included the research procedures, which included both the research community and the research method (the descriptive approach), and (2) a sample was chosen and analyzed in an intentional way.

  As for the fourth chapter, it included the results of the research in addition to the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions, and the researcher reached a set of results from them.

1- The recipient has an active role in the poetic reading in the artistic subjects of composition Ahmed Al-Husseini, as in sample No. (1,2)

2- The potter Ahmed Al-Husseini derives some of his works from the historical cultural heritage within the cultural and social correspondent indications, as in sample No. (1,2,3)

The researcher reached a number of conclusions, including:

1- The transformation of the structure of the ceramic text poetically in the productions of Ahmed Al-Husseini with the local aesthetic approaches to the artistic proposals.

2- The poetics in the ceramic text of the potter Ahmed Al-Husseini is the displacement that occurs while there are gaps and filling them with interpretations that cannot go out from the space of the text for the recipients.
