The current research is concerned with studying the issue of visual distortion and its impact on the aesthetic taste of the urban display in the province of Babylon (a study according to the standards of artistic taste). From an approach concerned with the aesthetic taste of the recipient and the extents of his cultural development, and the detection of the chaos spread in the center of Babil Governorate and the visual distortions on the part of the urban appearance in the city, such as inconsistent structures and their lack of the basics and elements of contemporary design, the narrow and worn out streets, and the absence of green spaces and public squares for entertainment, as the study included There are several current investigations, the first of which was (Visual Distortion and the Absence of Urban Aesthetic Standards), and the second topic (Manifestations of Urban Visual Distortion in Babylon Governorate), in addition to the third chapter, which included the analysis of the research sample, which was models of real scenes from different regions of the city center, as well About the results and conclusions reached by the researcher.
