Abstract

Research Summary :

 

     The research deals with the topic (the aesthetics of music and the mechanism of its use in children's theater performances) in terms of the importance that the musical and lyrical melodies broadcast in the children's theater performances, as it constitutes an important element of its aesthetic elements as it adds a charming plastic dimension through its harmony with the rest of the elements of the presentation in an integrated scenographic form

 The research included four chapters:

     The first chapter dealt with (the research problem), which is summarized in the following question (what are the aesthetics of music and the mechanism of its employment in children's theater performances)?

The chapter also included the importance of research and the need for it, as it sheds light on the aesthetics of music and reveals the mechanisms of its operation in children’s theater performances. Singing and the mechanisms of its work in children's theater performances.

 The chapter (the limits of the research), which was determined chronologically in the year (2018) * Gregorian and spatial (Iraq) and objectively included the study of children’s theater performances that employed music and singing and adopted them in their performances as an important element of theatrical performance, and the chapter concluded with (identifying and defining search terms).

As for the second chapter, it contained (the theoretical framework and previous studies and their discussion) and it included two sections, the first section dealt with (the aesthetics of music and singing in the children’s theater), while the second topic dealt with (the mechanism of employing music and singing in the children’s theater), and the chapter concluded by revealing the previous studies and The most important indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework.

     The third chapter was concerned with (research procedures), where the researcher intentionally chose a model of the children’s theater performances and analyzed it due to the abundance of the musical and lyrical forms of this show that added an aesthetic dimension to the show. Analytical) for its relevance to the research, and the chapter concluded with an analysis of the research sample models.

     The fourth chapter included the results, conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions.
