The current research dealt with the study of the relationship between social responsibility and the foundations of sustainable development from the Islamic perspectiveIn addition to identifying the levels and pillars of social responsibility, and then searching for the relationship between the dimensions of responsibility (social, economic and environmental) in Islam and the same dimensions adopted by the sustainable development policy.. There is no doubt that there is a dialectical problem between Islam and development raised by many social scientists and administration that was discussed in this research, and then the researcher presented evidence of sustainable development in Islamic jurisprudence through the Qur’anic text and the honorable prophetic hadiths, then the study identified a set of conclusions and suggestions that support the role of responsibility Social attitudes to development in the Islamic world.
