Research Summary:
the first chapter included the methodological framework of the research, the research problem was summed up by the question (Are the metaphysical data represented in contemporary Iraqi painting?), The current research aims that, it will contribute to clarifying the concept of metaphysical data, and benefiting from that in the achievements of contemporary Iraqi painting. As for the need for it, it can be summed up in: The novelty of the topic is that it is plowing in virgin areas of knowledge, so this study constitutes a knowledge addition to the Fine Library, which benefits students of colleges and institutes of fine arts. The aim of the research was to identify the metaphysical data in contemporary Iraqi painting. The limits of the research were: Spatial Boundaries: Iraq, Objective Boundaries: A Study of Metaphysical Data in Contemporary Iraqi Painting Products executed with different materials on different materials, Temporal Boundaries: 1953-2014 AD. While the research in its second chapter contained the theoretical framework and previous studies and consisted of two sections, the first topic was concerned with studying the concept of philosophical metaphysics and the views of philosophers and their philosophical theories that dealt with metaphysics, and the second topic dealt with contemporary Iraqi painting. As for the previous studies, by searching in Iraqi libraries and websites, I did not find a study approaching and the subject of the research. As for the methodological framework of the research in its third chapter, and after reviewing the published and available works of Iraqi artistic achievements and specific in relation to metaphysical data in contemporary Iraqi painting, the researcher collected as many illustrations as he could of artworks from books, the Internet, private collections of artists and the most famous and most famous works (50) Technical work to benefit from, covering the limits of the research and achieving its goal. As for the models of the research sample, the researcher chose the models of his research sample, which numbered two artworks from the framework of the research community, according to the opinions of a group of experts in the plastic arts in line with the goal of the research.
