This research context is stem by distinguished role which doing by faculty members in fine art collage to preparing generation able to write and design a scientif research integrates from all sides theoretical and practical those who have the scientific research skills planning and creativity in writing researches to contribute in turn to serve their country.
This research aims to
- Specify criteria which must be available for evaluating the technical research completed from the teachers point of view.
- Identify mechanisms for improving research quality from the teachers point of view.
The research has yields of the tool which it is characterizes by honesty and consistency which fit to estimate student grades in a research project. that face validity translates between ( 93%- 94% ) just as the PDF translates between ( 85% ) and about consistency tool is translates between ( 81% ) , in the first criterion and ( 89% ) in the second criterion by using person correlation coefficient which it is trustworthy consistency in level ( 99% )
