Abstract

Employing geometric form in artistic work in general and in theatrical presentation techniques in particular is considered one of the important matters because of the importance and philosophical value it carries, which is embodied through the idea of ​​designing theatrical presentation techniques. Therefore, the research must be directed to asking: What is the importance of employing geometric form in theatrical presentation techniques?  While the two researchers determined the importance of research and the need for it through the extent to which geometric shapes are employed in theatrical presentation techniques, considering them necessary complements to complete the show and attract the recipient, the need for it lies in the fact that it benefits scholars and researchers in the theatrical field from institute students. The current research aims to identify the aesthetics of employing geometric shapes.  In the techniques of theatrical presentation in an artistic technical way, the limits of the research were determined in the period 2015. As for the second chapter (theoretical framework) of the research, it included three topics, the first topic concerned with philosophical geometric forms. The second topic is the historical context of geometric shapes. The third topic is geometric shapes and their use by directors (Aki - Ari - Iraqi) and then  Indicators of the theoretical framework. As for the third chapter (research procedures), it included the research sample using the intentional method (red carpet), and the research concluded with the results and conclusions of the research and then as an introduction.
