Abstract

Abstract:

 

     The phantasy view in the presented theatrical show bears optical image with an upper enrichment that glorify the visual visions evolving optical patterns received by the viewer to form an exciting view that irritate the surprise outside the familiar in extracting features and rules on which the sonography elements stand, as they put the technical principles extracted from its understanding the artistic deed for a visual image to form an instable textual phrase or optical mockery or addressing an absent or significant embodying or evolutionary question  or a nickname or personalization, the theatrical show is based on the forming of the technical elements of scenography, including hard and soft elements, which the designer interprets according to the nature of the theatrical scene with ability, experience and high design study in order to achieve the visual image and reach the aesthetic and creative image that overwhelm on the viewer an aesthetic quality and gives him a space for integration and tension in the theatrical presented show , accordingly, the current research dealt with four chapters. The first chapter included the research problem that focused on the following question:

- Identifying the visual patterns of the fantasy scene in the Iraqi theatrical show?

While the importance of the current research was evident in studying one of the subjects  that reveal the interconnected relationship between visual systems and the fantasy theatrical scene and the nature of the aesthetic vision that achieves in the theatrical image, the research limits were limited to the year (2015-2023), and the spatial limit was Iraq in the theaters of Baghdad, while the objective limit was a study of the subject of the visual patterns of the fantasy of the Iraqi theatrical scene and the show in the National Theater, while the second chapter included two topics, the first topic came in studying the concept of fantasy, starting with its roots in the theater throughout history, and the changes and developments it caused that affected the theater, and the second topic was concerned with studying the principle of visual patterns of the fantasy theatrical scene among contemporary directors either Arabian or international ones , then the chapter was ended with the indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework, while the third chapter included the research procedures where the researcher covered the show of the play (Reprimand) written and directed by Anas Abdul Samad and the play (Factory’s Reset), written and directed by (Ali Daeem)  as an analytical sample for the research, relying on the descriptive approach in analyzing his sample. In the fourth chapter, the researcher came up with a set of results and conclusions, sources and references. The research ended in the fourth chapter with enlisting the results of  analyzing the sample  , the most prominent ones were: 

  • Stage fantasy featured with its imaginary power inside the theater space to present a picture of optical patterns to be irritated by the designer.

2- The optical patterns of the theatrical scene fantasy achieved multiple and variable value depending on the change that occurs in the scene and are not specified from one theatrical performance to another.

3- The visual patterns of the theatrical scene fantasy are a visual language added to the body language of the actor to demonstrate the ability to convey the idea that the theatrical designer seeks.

4- The harmony of the visual patterns with other scenographic elements in order to achieve a visual image of the theatrical scene fantasy with the mechanisms of the vision of animated drawings to interpret and inspire the imaginary image.

 

Also,  this chapter included some conclusions below is some of them :-

1- The visual patterns of the theatrical scene fantasy depend on picking the  scenographic vocabulary for semantic readings with an aesthetic hierarchy that invades with familiar and usual presentation materials.

2- The visual patterns in the theatrical scene fantasy interact in the form of visual vocabulary that achieves an aesthetic vision for each playwright.

3- The techniques of the imaginary image varied on itself in designing visual systems for the fantasy of the scene as it is a visual image specify creativity of the mechanisms of the imaginary image in terms of the ability to read by the viewer in the theater.

4- The visual patterns of the phantasy show in theatre show has an imaginary feature bears different evident that excite the surprise that allow to the designer to produce optical interpretations and add aesthetic image for it for the viewer.  

The researchers recommended some advices and suggestions that were intended to serve scientific research, followed by a list of references and sources.
