Abstract

Summary

The research dealt with the tagged (representations of the conductive environment in the drawings of Najeeb Younes), and it included four chapters. The second chapter came with the theoretical framework, as it included three topics: The first topic was concerned with the concept of the environment. The second topic concerned the environment in Iraqi painting, and the third topic included the artistic experience of the artist Najeeb Younis and his influence on his environment. The third chapter was concerned with the research procedures, which included the research community, the research sample, the research methodology, the research tool, and then the sample analysis. The fourth chapter ended with the results of the research, which were: 1. The natural environment of Mosul was represented in the drawings of the artist Najeeb Younis, through his interaction with his social environment, which cast a shadow on his strategies of work in the transformation of modern and contemporary art, as in the two samples (1 and 2), and then the conclusions, including: 1. The artist Najeeb Younis created excitement in his scenes through the constructive relationships of the elements of the scene, so color and its movement expression became a more distinct presence among the artist’s tools to attract the recipient, and recommendations, including: Providing electronic libraries in the faculties of fine arts specialized in the artistic achievements of Iraqi, Arab and foreign artists that represent the environment in their scenes. And the proposals, which came from them: 1. Representations of the northern environment in contemporary Iraqi painting, margins, and then a list of references and sources.
