Employing scenes of Sumerian and Akkadian seals in contemporary ceramic works (an applied study)

Abstract :

 The current research deals with the employment of the vocabulary of cylinder seals and flat seals in the ancient Iraqi civilizations of Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian and Assyrian civilizations in chronological order with contemporary ceramic works, through contemporary vocabulary such as the printer, the scroll and the wheel, and they were employed according to a design structure that is characterized by modernity while at the same time taking into account the Mesopotamian heritage through form, style and color. The research consists of four chapters, the first is the research methodology, the second is the theoretical framework, the third is the research population and the fourth includes the research results.
