Abstract :
The problem of not paying attention to the educational values included in school theater texts, and the displacement of them by directors during the process of converting these texts into audiovisual performances, stopped the researcher, so this study came with the aim of revealing the educational values included in theatrical texts directed at secondary school students, and then identifying the extent to which these values appear in theatrical performances that adopted these texts. The researcher chose the descriptive approach, as it achieves the objectives of his research, so he built a form to analyze the performances, and concluded that the percentage of the appearance of educational values in them was somewhat encouraging, compared to the values that did not appear at all. He concluded that art education teachers and technical supervisors are capable of spread educational values in the educational environment through theatrical activities, if material and moral support is provided.
